The Kairos Program has been developed over many years. To familiarize you with the program, each Volunteer is provided a copy of the Kairos Manual. Please become familiar with its contents and make every effort to follow the Kairos program requirements. You will also learn by doing and will be surrounded by experienced team members.

As a volunteer, you will be expected to support the Prayer and Share Activities, the Weekend Activities, and theological and scriptural content of the Talks/Meditations outlined in Kairos Manual.
